Transformation Skills 1: De-stress Your Day

Bring about simple changes in your daily routine which will help you to make the changes you desire with Lifestyle Transformation, one of the tracks from my CD Transformation Skills 1: Calm. I give it to some of my hypnotherapy clients as a bonus track on the CD that I burn for them at the end of their first appointment.

The basic idea is to take the time to pause regularly during the day, breathe, focus on your goal, take a drink of water and let go of accumulated stress.
