Just an interim progress report and some more information about my Life Leverage book and CD project.
As I mentioned before, although it’s based on this blog it’s far from being just recycled blog posts in printed form. I’d say at least 40% of it, if not more, will be material that hasn’t appeared on the blog, and of course what has appeared here will be reworked (and, in many cases, updated and expanded) for the different format.
I’ve done an initial pass to get it into preliminary shape, but there’s a lot of editing and expanding left to do. It won’t be a long book, about 100 pages or a little over, but it’ll be packed full of useful information. I’m also planning to re-record all my hypnotherapy tracks for it, and I’m adding a couple of new ones as well – there’ll be 20 or more tracks, around three and a half hours of audio in total, on an MP3 CD.
