I agree whole-heartedly with you and I would add that regular creative practice - writing for ten minutes every morning about whatever comes into your mind, or painting or making something -  is also a wonderful way to practise well-being and to (re)train our brains to feel good. Some would call it being in &#039;flow&#039;; some call it self-hypnosis. If you are really immersed in something you love, you are making positive and progressive changes to your physiology.</description>
