- Imagery: Control your pain with mental imagery.
- Control Panel: Control your pain with an imaginary control panel.
- Glove Anaesthesia: Numb parts of your body, in preparation for dental work or surgery, for example.
- Displacement of Pain: Change long-term pain into something more bearable.
- Displacement of Self: Go to your happy place.
- Healing with Imagery: Use mental imagery to advance your body’s healing.
