After talking about it for weeks, I have finally launched my Simple Stress Management Techniques course.
This is the free course that helps you to get your stress under control with some effective quick techniques. It also has some background material so that you can start to:
- understand stress better,
- figure out why you keep stressing, and
- get some insights into how you might stop.
