I’ve just put together the blog posts from my Change Techniques series together into a PDF ebook on personal change. It’s not just the blog posts stuck together; I’ve re-ordered them slightly, edited them and made them flow as more of a whole.
I plan to do this with my other series when I finish them as well.
I’ve released the ebook with a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivatives license, which means you should feel free to email it to people, print it out, put it on your own website or do whatever you like with it, short of altering it, selling it or removing the attribution to me. (If you want to base another work on it or sell it, please talk to me.)
(I’ve since revised the material again and incorporated it into my book and CD, Changing Health Behaviours.)
