I’ve started editing together some of my most popular blog posts with other material I’ve written to form the basis of a book. The working title is Life Leverage: Simple techniques to improve your health and wellbeing. It definitely won’t just be recycled material, I’ll be rewriting and expanding as I go, so it will be a lot more detailed than blog posts can manage and will include new information that isn’t available here.
I also plan to incorporate a CD with a re-recorded set of my hypnotherapy scripts, to support making the changes that the text will recommend. I’ve just bought a new and better microphone which should give me much better sound (I have men working on the roof right now, so it’s not the ideal moment to test it).
Doing a book plus CD together narrows my options on where I can get the printing and fulfillment done, and there are basically two approaches: high cost upfront but lower cost per item, or vice versa.
I’m shooting for a unit price for the book and CD combination around $15-$20 USD, partly depending on which option I end up taking.
