This is the continuation of the series in which I post the videos which are part (but only part) of my free online course on planning personal change. This video is about motivation. Not a “push” motivation where you make yourself do things, but a “pull” motivation – having something so attractive to aim for that you want to go through the process in order to get to that prize.
