About Me

I’m Mike Reeves-McMillan, a hypnotherapist and health and personal development coach based in Titirangi, Auckland, New Zealand. I specialize in helping busy, stressed people achieve their dreams of a more relaxed, healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. I also love providing resources, passing on key knowledge and simple techniques to improve health and wellbeing.

I’m currently studying Health Science at Massey University, writing the blog Living Skillfully, creating online courses and providing one-on-one sessions in person and on Skype, all in service of those goals.

I think that getting people pleasantly relaxed and saying positive things to them to help them live the lives they long for has to be one of the best jobs in the world.

Living Skillfully is a blog about using your mind to:

  • change your habitual thoughts, feelings and behaviours for better health and greater life success, and
  • manage your stress and your moods for a more relaxed and happier life.

I blog about using simple mental techniques to achieve these things, rather than relying on drugs, medical or otherwise, for the same effects.
