Changing Health Behaviours is a book and CD to help you improve your health and wellbeing.
The book contains sound basic advice on what a healthy lifestyle consists of and, more importantly, personal change techniques that actually work to enable you to adopt a more healthy lifestyle. It includes a simple but practical introduction to using self-hypnosis and material on habit change, emotional management and change planning and execution, so that you have both a destination and a map for how to get there.
The CD which accompanies the book holds 20 hypnotherapy tracks in MP3 format, which provide the third key element: a set of walking shoes to actually get you where you want to go.
A section at the end of each chapter of the book indicates which tracks to listen to in order to help you make the shifts of thinking, feeling and behaviour that are discussed in that chapter.
