Here’s what we’ll typically do in my “Get Unstuck Before You Come Unglued” programme, spread over 3 one-hour sessions:
Session 1
- Connect and get on the same wavelength
- Talk about what you’d like to change in your thoughts, feelings and behaviours
- Discuss the background to the issue
- Clarify the outcome you want
- Start you moving in the direction of your outcome
Session 2
- Discuss how things have been going since Session 1
- Review the outcome and see if you want to revise it
- Discuss in more depth what might be preventing the outcome from happening
- Create new strategies to deal with the barriers
Session 3
- Discuss progress and revise outcome
- Assess how the new strategies have been working
- Reinforce those that have worked and revise or replace any others
- Establish resources for continuing progress
We do this through a combination of techniques, some of them coaching or counselling techniques, others therapeutic and hypnotic techniques, some for analysis, others for solutions.
Obviously, we’ll vary the outline according to what’s going on for you, what your issue is and what techniques you find most helpful
Each package of three sessions costs $300 (New Zealand dollars, which is less than 300 of most other currencies).
Here’s how to book a package of three sessions, via Skype or in person (in Titirangi, Auckland, New Zealand).

- For Skype sessions, you must prepay, and for face-to-face sessions you can prepay if you don’t want to bring cash or a cheque to the session. Click the button and pay by credit card or PayPal.
