You're not a complete beginner at personal development. You've read some books, done some courses. But they gave incomplete or vague advice, and it didn't get you as far as you'd hoped. Some of them took a “silver bullet” kind of approach – simplistic solutions to complex problems. Not helpful.
You're a bit stuck, actually. Because there's a bad habit you'd like to break, or a good habit you'd like to create (or both), and you keep falling back into the same old rut.
You're not so naïve as to think that this is something that someone else can do for you. You know it'll take some work on your part. But (dammit), you've put in a lot of work already, without much to show for it.
What you'd really like is a clear next step that you can take.
Here's what I'm offering you: a half-hour conversation over Skype, where I ask you some questions, you give me some answers, and together we put together a plan for your next positive step towards the changes you want to make in your habit patterns. At the end of it, you'll have a simple written outline of what you can do next to get yourself unstuck. I'll even send you a template.
Half an hour obviously isn't enough to solve your whole issue, and I'm not setting out to do that. (Not a silver bullet, remember?) But it is enough to make a start on recognising clearly why you're stuck, and what you can do to get unstuck. I can think of two dozen reasons off the top of my head why people in general find it hard to change. In half an hour, we should be able to find which of them apply to you specifically, and map out a way forward.
$40 USD. That's less than half my usual hourly consulting rate, since this is a "taster".
No, this is coaching/consulting. One possible outcome is that you'll decide you want some hypnotherapy, but that won't form a part of the half-hour session.
The little widget below is a reflection of my calendar. It shows when I'm free to talk to you. Find a time that suits you, click on it and follow the instructions. I'll get an email, and I'll get back to you as soon as I see it to confirm our appointment, arrange payment and exchange Skype IDs.
Yes, actually. I'd really
appreciate it
if you could spread the word about this offer to other people you
know, by tweeting on Twitter, sharing on Facebook, or good
old-fashioned email (email's old-fashioned already, can you believe
that?). Here are some buttons to make it easy:
