My passion is helping clients STOP SMOKING and I use a variety of well researched techniques taken from counselling, NLP and hypnotherapy to achieve this: i.e. motivational Interviewing, cognitive behavioural approaches and behaviour therapy. Most clients stop smoking after only 1 or 2 sessions and are surprised at how comfortable and easy giving up this dangerous habit can be. |
